About the Guild
Since the Lake Oconee Quilt Guild (LOQG) was founded in 2003, the Guild has grown both in numbers of members and in strength of skills. Each year, our Board of Directors strives to present opportunities for growth by bringing in talent and expertise from renowned quilt and fiber artists from across the United States, as well as calling on the many talented teachers who are Members of the Guild, to present classes and workshops for Guild Members. We also enjoy quilting together in smaller Bee Groups.
Through our LOQG Webpage, we attempt to introduce you to every aspect of the Guild. I invite you to explore this Webpage by opening each Menu Item to learn about the structure of the Guild and the many resources and activities available to Members!
The Guild presents many opportunities to enjoy a shared passion, meet new people, get involved, and be invigorated by the talent, energy, and friendships that will surround you as a Member of the Guild.
